Capacity - The New Branch Farms PaVenue accommodates up to 150 guests. Our 4,000 sf climate-controlled venue will ensure that you and your guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Bridal Suite - The Bride and her Bridal party will spend the day in our large, beautifully decorated Bridal Suite, equipped for comfort with a private restroom, couch, vanities, full length mirror, a mimosa bar and an outside seating area with a beautiful view of the property.

Groom Room - A large screen TV, leather couch, X-Box gaming system and mini-fridge.

Outdoor Entertainment - Our cozy fire pit and variety of seating areas will encourage your guests to connect with each other, catch up with friends and family and even form new friendships.

Ceremony Sites - Brides and Grooms has several ceremony sites to choose from including the arbor, the lawn, the hall, or anywhere on the grounds of New Branch Farms.

Caterer's Kitchen - You caterer will be in food prep heaven. The caterer's kitchen is purposely equipped to provide your caterer all the tools needed to serve the perfect cuisine for you and your guests.

Gathering Area - The large wrap-around veranda is the perfect place for your friends and family to gather before the ceremony and during cocktail hour. Your guests will love the casual elegance of the space.
Mini Dog Park - For a lot of couples, pets are a big part of their family. We totally get it and agree that having your fur baby by your side during one of the most important moments of your lives only seems right. The dilemma is how to keep them safe and entertained before and after the ceremony. So, we have a mini “dog park” beside the venue (with 23 acres, we have plenty of space!!). The park will have a water/feeding station, shelter, and fun stuff to keep your pup happy and comfortable! If you want to include your fur baby in your wedding, New Branch Farms has you covered!!!

Local Accommodations - The Smithfield Inn, Smithfield Station, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Econo Lodge are all within 12 miles of New Branch Farms. Or, ask about our on-property accommodation availability!

As many others have said before, Wendy and Sam are the most amazing people and I couldn't be happier that my husband and I chose to get married at New Branch Farms. When we toured, the facility was not yet complete but we could see the vision they had for the indoor and outdoor spaces. Furthermore, we also could see the passion Wendy and Sam have for New Branch Farms, and that ultimately is what made our decision so easy.
They were communicative throughout the entire process, never making me feel like a burden when I had silly little questions as I was planning. Every single detail of New Branch Farms is well-thought out and beautiful. Our wedding day was hands down the best day of my life, and I am endlessly grateful to Wendy and Sam for their pivotal role in making it great. As an added bonus- it was so fun to have Wendy as our photographer. We were able to get to know her and spend time with her leading up to the wedding day. She made us feel at ease and actually helped my photo-hating husband enjoy the process! Thank you so much to Wendy and Sam for creating the perfect wedding venue at New Branch Farms!
